Our principal regulatory analyst has extensive expertise in permitting requirements, cleanup obligations, and enforcement actions for complex former mining operations including magnesium production from Great Salt Lake and uranium waste cleanup for the Navajo Nation (Uranium Mill Tailings Radiation Control Act and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act [CERCLA]).
